Hand-crafted in the heart of Devon, using a unique blend of exotic Caribbean rums, soft Devonian spring water, aromatic spices, and fresh citrus zest.

Features rich aromas of charred orange peel, smooth caramel, and hints of cardamom. Its complex taste finishes with a warm crackle of cinnamon, tangy star anise, fresh citrus zest, maple syrup and a smack of peppercorn.

Unlike many spiced rums, this expression is blended without vanilla to create a drier spirit that’s not so sickly-sweet.
